to CliniPro® easier and provide guidance for care providers
day-to-day use of the software. These customer support tools
include a monthly Q&A distributed
through NuMail and a quarterly newsletter, called
NuTimes,
with product updates and how to articles on a
variety of subjects such as developing confidentiality
agreements for Electronic Medical Records and establishing
guidelines for patient-provider e-mail communication.
