In addition to our toll-free customer support line, NuMedics has a comprehensive package of tools to make the transition to CliniPro® easier and provide guidance for care providers’ day-to-day use of the software. These customer support tools include a monthly Q&A distributed through NuMail™ and a quarterly newsletter, called NuTimes, with product updates and “how to” articles on a variety of subjects – such as developing confidentiality agreements for Electronic Medical Records and establishing guidelines for patient-provider e-mail communication. |
