This site is inteded to allow our patients to view information provided by their care providers, and to provide their care providers with detailed information regarding day-to-day activity, the volume of which may impractical to provide otherwise. The information presented and collected Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). To ensure compliance with the security requirements surrounding PHI, several steps are required before access can be granted.
